Who were the Vikings? Why were some known as ‘berserkers’? How many goats does a Viking god need anyway?
HistFest and the British Library invite school pupils to experience the weird and wonderful world of the Vikings. This half-day event includes a fun talk with Dr Janina Ramirez, a look at some Viking treasures and an entertaining Viking-themed history play from the Hobgoblin Theatre Company. The event is free and suitable for students in Key Stage 2.
